Affin Group (Affin) is collaborating with Porsche Malaysia to bring customers closer to their dreams of owning a Porsche through a priority financing lane for the new Porsche Cayenne and the all-electric Porsche Taycan, according to a statement by the bank.

With its experience in auto financing, Affin customers will be given the option to select and personalise their new Porsche vehicle before submitting it digitally to the bank for hire purchase financing through the priority lane.

In a statement, Wan Razly Abdullah, president and group chief executive officer said that the collaboration aims to simplify the vehicle loan process and make owning a Porsche vehicle a seamless experience for its customers.

He also added that the collaboration will encourage the bank to work harder to achieve its goal of providing customers with an excellent experience when purchasing a new Porsche car.

Porsche is not the only vehicle brand that Affin has collaborated with. It recently partnered with Proton New Energy Technology to drive smart electric vehicle adoption as its exclusive bank partner, according to a statement by the brand.

“Our collaboration reaffirms AFFIN’s unwavering commitment to our ESG agenda, creating a positive impact for the future,” said Wan.

“We remain steadfast in supporting this agenda through our A25 Plan, with a strong emphasis on sustainability-linked loans and financing, among other pivotal ESG-related initiatives,” he explained.
